The hydro-jetter getting it done! This is the inside of a blocked sewer we attended to this morning. The top and left are before pics, the bottom right is the end result. This one will need to be re-lined as it is about 1m deep under a concrete pathway.

These clients had water flowing into the building when it rained, we investigated and found all downpipes, gutters and overflows to be heavily blocked. We cleared them and removed the waste from site, ready for the next downpour! ⛈⛈ Cheers to the guys at #blume_coffee for the coffee, lemonades and a couple of rubbish bags!

Another gas leak sorted. This one was leaking from a brazed joint that hadn’t been brazed properly under the house, would have been leaking since the gas line was installed…..

Re-routing a copper gas line into the dungeon. The existing section had split under a retaining wall, zero chance of digging that bad boy up

Another hot water unit we replaced. Existing unit was in very average condition, it was also deemed non compliant as it was too high off the ground. We installed a Rinnai B26 and relocated it so that the unit is now compliant.

A couple of today’s jobs. Replacement and relocation of an instantaneous hot water unit, the previous unit was 12 years old and too close to the window. Then we had the installation of a stormwater pit renewed some broken stormy drain.

Getting the stormwater back up and running at a property in Mentone. The existing pit was a few bricks thrown in the ground, the outlet was blocked and broken. We installed a new pit and ran a new 100mm pvc drain. Flushed everything out with the Hydro-Jetter upon completion.

Solid effort today replacing an old internal instantaneous with a new external Rinnai B20. We had to run a new 32mm copper gas line from the meter up to the 3rd storey apartment

This decorative gas fire place hasn’t worked for 3 years! The owners have had multiple plumbers around including the service agent. Every one of them put it in the too hard basket…. We identified the problem, ordered the parts and got it back up and running.

A late finish last night! We got called to this property to provide a second opinion on a gas leak. The original plumbers had been there and told the owners that they needed to replace the entire gas line… We were able to locate the leaking joint and replace the small section of pipe for under half the quoted price of the previous company….

A nice little ducted heater replacement we completed. We supplied and installed a new Brivis BX315 with base box. The existing heater had a cracked heat exchanger, this can cause the heater to spill carbon monoxide into your home ☠️☠️☠️

This customers stormwater had collapsed underneath the footpath. After obtaining the relevant permits we were able to break out the concrete, replace the damaged section of pipe then organise the concreters to reinstate the concrete.

Going old school....We had to break the the existing pan out due to it being mortared in. Due to the height of the existing soil pipe we had to raise the new pan and mortar it in. Crazy to think that this was the norm 40-50 years ago.

Gas leaks....Today we were called out to a rental property as there gas had been shut off by their supplier. We found that the compression nut on the isolation valve to the hot water unit was only hand tight......💥🔥💣
